Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Avelar Cleaning and Decorating Services, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service, reliability, and professionalism. To ensure a smooth booking process and excellent service delivery, please review our policies below before confirming your appointment. 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time of your service. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Please note that some services may require payment in full upfront to avoid any payment issues on the day of service. Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment is received, and you receive an official booking confirmation via email. 2. Deposit Policy The 50% deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled service within 60 days of the original booking. Full payment for all services is due on the day of service, either before or immediately after service completion, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. 3. Rates and Overtime Rates for decorating services are based strictly on hourly labor. Should the project exceed the originally scheduled hours, overtime charges or additional fees may apply depending on the nature and scope of the job. If your project is expected to exceed the planned hours or has specific requirements, we recommend reaching out for a consultation prior to booking. We will provide you with a tailored quote, invoice, and proposal that better suits your needs. 4. Additional Costs for Event Decor Our event decor service quotes cover the labor and decorating services provided by our team. They do not include any external vendor outsourcing costs such as printing, custom art, party favors, or decor. Clients are responsible for paying directly for party supplies, graphic design work, custom printouts, and any additional services requested from third-party vendors. Should your event require junk removal or hauling services, these must be arranged separately. We solely provide labor for cleaning, decorating, and related business services, but do not manage external services like junk removal. 5. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled service without penalty. After this window, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
